On behalf of the entire Civic and Community Events team I just wanted to say a massive thankyou for your presentation yesterday we really appreciate you making the effort to come along and share your extensive knowledge and tips on the importance of exceptional Customer Service. I do believe your passion and intent was clearly illustrated throughout your presentation there were some great tips in there. We had some fantastic feedback so I’ll be sending through your slides to the delegates and I think the main points of the presentation were covered from the outset – you really connected with the audience with your passion and enthusiasm for people – it was wonderful and professional.
