In the last few years, since doing energy & psychic work, my body has completely changed. My body is extremely sensitive. Things I could deal with or do before, I can no longer physically stand.

I'm reminded of this right now when, at 2.33am, I am awake in agony.

My decision to have ONE glass of wine with dinner last night has made me violently ill. My whole body is aching from my toes to my head, my glands are up, stomach churning and such a severe headache...and I can't sleep.

My mouth tastes like carpet and I feel sooo unwell. Remind me next time I think it's a good idea... ��

It's the same with metal & jewellery.

I haven't worn my wedding rings in years. I can't. My hands swell up and start itching.

If I put on earrings, bracelets or necklaces that have the tiniest bit of metal in them, I feel violently ill. The metal smell of these just throw me. It's the same when I wear my top with metal sequins or a jacket with a metal zip. The smell is so powerful I instantly feel sick.

Drinking out of plastic containers makes my throat swell, processed foods makes my body swell and chemicals in food (esp msg etc) give me an instant raging headache and massive fluid retention.

Using certain creams or body washes sends my body into rashes and, just recently, I've acquired eczema on my toes which keeps me up at night... when I have NEVER had it before in my whole entire life.

And coffee? If I have one coffee 2 days in a row, then I am screwed for 3 days afterwards with violent migraines.

And not getting enough sleep can send me into a day of migraines.

If your body is doing weird things that it never used to do before, know it's from this shift in consciousness and abilities.

I was just about to say that things will pan out and subside soon, but I'm told that the things our bodies are rejecting are happening for a reason. Trust our bodies and talk to them, listen to them, they know a lot about you and what you physically need. My metaphysical brain is trying to make sense of what this all means, but my spiritual team say to trust it.

I'm off to do some transmutation work on my body to hopefully try to feel a bit better...and hopefully get some sleep ��
