MESSAGES FROM THE UNIVERSE today

Yesterday I was talking to a lovely lady at a swimming comp (It was my friend Elisa & her mum actually!!)

Elisa's mum was sharing with me that she used to be a midwife, and that she had just come across a lady at a local store who in the past she assisted in the birth of that lady's baby..

What a blessing today has been....I have truly seen how magnificent we really are...

Today with a client we went on a beautiful journey of discovery of how amazing our bodies really are...

As we started with the head and moved down to the toes, I am in awe of what the body does and how it loves us, supports us and allows us to experience everything we get to experience here...

Without a body, we couldn't DO anything...

Our bodies take us places...

Our bodies give...

Today we had an experience where a fear in this life was connected to trauma that happened in a past life...

Beforehand I would just clear it. However these days I like to go deeper.....making life very interesting.....

Today we are so lucky to get access to "The Big Picture"...

By "The Big Picture" I am talking about getting access to seeing what "ALL" our lives and all our experiences are telling us and showing us about our journey....

Asking questions like "Why are ...

When you were born, you were full of wonder...love and surprise...

You asked yourself "what is possible" and wouldn't accept NO from anyone!!

When you started to learn how to walk and talks, you took in everything around you so that you could master this amazing feat. You soaked in everything you could and eventually, you were able to walk and talk...

Then when you started to dress yourself, toilet yourself, feed yourself, you watched how others did it and learnt from them. ...

Today was such an amazing day that my head is spinning from what I've learnt...

And Yes... I mean "learnt"...

Because I learn something new from every client session....

I learnt today:

- That each part of our body needs a purpose, and we need to acknowledge it, for it to feel valued & worthy...and for it to work effectively for us.

So often we look around and see what someone else is doing...and think "that looks fun, I might do that too" or maybe "that's what and how I'm supposed to make money, be successful, achieve my goals" etc

But what you may not know is that you have a predetermined purpose and path already arranged before you came down here. It's already planned for you...

The theme that the Universe has been showing me over the weekend is the word "Enabling".... I wasn't entirely sure what it meant, so I had to look up the meaning of enabling so I could find out what the Universe was trying to show me...

Enabling, when I look it up, actually means "Empowering".

But when we enable other behaviours, it becomes not so empowering..there is a fine line between "helping" and "enabling"..
