Yesterday I was talking to a lovely lady at a swimming comp (It was my friend Elisa & her mum actually!!)

Elisa's mum was sharing with me that she used to be a midwife, and that she had just come across a lady at a local store who in the past she assisted in the birth of that lady's baby..

What a blessing today has been....I have truly seen how magnificent we really are...

Today with a client we went on a beautiful journey of discovery of how amazing our bodies really are...

As we started with the head and moved down to the toes, I am in awe of what the body does and how it loves us, supports us and allows us to experience everything we get to experience here...

Without a body, we couldn't DO anything...

Our bodies take us places...

Today we had an experience where a fear in this life was connected to trauma that happened in a past life...

Beforehand I would just clear it. However these days I like to go deeper.....making life very interesting.....

Today we are so lucky to get access to "The Big Picture"...

By "The Big Picture" I am talking about getting access to seeing what "ALL" our lives and all our experiences are telling us and showing us about our journey....

Today was such an amazing day that my head is spinning from what I've learnt...

The energy on the planet changed enormously last weekend....

It wasn't evident at first what would happen as a result of this energy shift.

But in the last 24 hours it has been very clear as to what has changed from this shift and what it means to all of us.

Today (with clients) we completely eliminated every single belief, opinion, thought, perception and meaning that we had ever had for anything in our lives. Gone...

What we don't realise is that our PAST creates our future..unless if we change how we deal with the past..

Our past defines who we are, what we do and what happens to us in the future. Our subconscious mind records everything (like a video recorder) that has happened to us over our lifetime and stores it in what I call a video storage tank in the back of our brain.

In the last few years, since doing energy & psychic work, my body has completely changed. My body is extremely sensitive. Things I could deal with or do before, I can no longer physically stand.
